How do we deliver orders?

Orders are delivered in the following ways:

  • Through the express courier service offered by our Sameday partners
  • In general, orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • The delivery fee is 18 RON. Parcels can be tracked here: https://sameday.ro/
  • We offer free delivery by express courier Sameday, for all orders of at least 200 RON.

During busy periods, such as public holidays, there may be delays in the delivery of parcels.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Orders can be paid for:

  1. Online, by card, through Shopify's online payment service
  2. Cash, to the courier, at the time of delivery of the package

We do not charge commission for any payment method.

How can I return a product?
We have a 30 day return policy. After receiving the package, you have 30 days to request a return. To be able to return a product, it must meet the following conditions: The product must be in the same condition as when received. No signs of use or wear. With all tags intact. In the original packaging. The invoice is also required to prove the order.

How do I get my money back?
Refunds are always made through the payment method you used when placing the order. In the case of payment by credit card, the amount will be transferred to your account attached to the card. If you opted for cash on delivery, please provide us with your bank details (IBAN and name of the account holder). As soon as we receive the returned product, we will transfer the money to your account. However, the bank transaction may take a few days.

How do I search for a product on the website?
Searching for the desired products on our website can be done in 2 different ways:

  1. Selecting them from the Products section, from the website menu, depending on the category they belong to.
  2. Searching for the product name in the bar above the image. The search engine offers suggestions even if the entered name is incomplete or misspelled.
